While our website is a new venture and continually evolving, our founder, Bonnie Kost, has owned and operated an embroidery business since 1994. Our goals now remain the same as they were in 1994: our embroidery is absolutely guaranteed to be exactly as you specify and your project will be completed on time as promised.
With this website, we have attempted to make the creation of your personalized garment as easy as possible. We welcome your comments and suggestions. Each embroidery project is unique and on this website we want your shopping experience to be fast and easy to navigate, yet we are also very aware that you may have an idea that does not quite fit into the buttons and menus provided. As we have stated throughout this website, we encourage our customers to contact us with questions, comments, suggestions and quote requests. Visiting our FAQ’s may also be helpful. If we have questions or concerns about your project, we will contact you by email, usually including a proof for you to review and approve before the embroidery work is done.
The garments we have chosen for our site are high quality products. We could provide cheaper options, but prefer not to embroider these beautiful designs on merchandise we would not wear ourselves. We use Tajima commercial embroidery machines, Wilcom software and purchase only American-made rayon thread.
The designs you see on this website are only a few of our very extensive library. As well as dogs, we have designs of cats, horses, birds and various wildlife. If you do not see what you want, please email your request. And please return to our site: we will be continually adding designs.
