How do I order?
First choose your design and add to your cart. Next choose your garment and add it to the cart. If you are not done shopping, you can return to the design pages and repeat the process. When you are ready to order, you can pay with PayPal, VISA or Mastercard. Be sure to specify text or thread colors
What if I do not see the breed I want?
We have thousands of designs and are continually adding to our site. Besides these dog breeds, we have many other breeds of dogs, as well as cats, horses, birds and various wildlife. We welcome your email requests.
Can I customize my design?
Yes, and we encourage you to do that. Many designs have a drop-down option for adding text, which could be breed name, your pet’s name, titles, kennel name. If you have something else in mind, or want some different ideas, contact us via email.
What if I see a design I like, but want it for my breed?
That is definitely possible for many of these designs. In some cases we have provided that option. If you have another request, contact us.
What kind of text can I add?
You can add any text you want, per the pricing schedule on the drop-down menus. We suggest breed name, pet name, pet name and titles or kennel name, etc.
What typefaces do you have?
Just about anything you want. Besides the type styles lists under “Fonts” on the Home Page, we have many others. If you do not see what you want, contact us.
How do I tell you what typeface or thread color I want?
Add those request under “special instructions” on the design drop-down menus, or in the comments section on the PayPal checkout page – or our old friend, email.
Can I create a new design?
Yes, we offer complete digitizing services. If you have artwork, email it to us for a quote.
What if I am just not sure how it will look?
We will gladly send you an email proof of how your design will look on the fabric color you choose. We want you to be completely satisfied and encourage you to ask for a proof by putting your request into the “comments” box on the PayPal checkout page.
I want to order multiple items with different designs. How do I indicate which design goes with which item?
You can either send us an email (info@mydogmyshirt.com) or you can use the "instruction" box on the checkout page. If we are uncertain, we will send you an email with our questions.
Can I make changes?
After you have received the proof, please make any changes you need. We want your embroidered item to be exactly as you envision.
Will you help us with the design creation?
Absolutely! If we question any part of the process, we will email you with our comments and ask for your clarification. We are committed to making sure the design you get is not only what you want, but also the work of art it is meant to be.
Can our club order through this website?
Yes! We would be glad to work with your club, either using your existing embroidery file, or creating a new embroidery file for the club logo. The prices quoted on this website are single item prices. Discounts are available for quantity purchases. Again, email please.
Can I put embroidered items in the washing machine?
Follow the manufacturer’s washing instructions for each garment as printed on the garment labels. Specific care of embroidery is detailed under “Embroidery Care” on our Home page. Briefly, no chlorine bleach, machine wash warm or cold, dry on permanent press cycle.
What about returns?
We 100% guarantee our embroidery. If you are not completely satisfied with your embroidered garment, please email for a Return Authorization. Returns without authorization will not be accepted. We will gladly accept the return of any item if the either the garment or embroidery is defective or if the embroidery was not what you ordered. We cannot accept returns of custom embroidered products for any other reason.
When will my order arrive?
You should have your order within two weeks. All items are custom-made to your specifications. We ship Priority Mail.
Is my personal information safe?
The information you provide to us for shipping and contact purposes will NEVER be given to any other individual or entity. PayPal is a completely secure site for your internet purchase.
